1. My childhood nickname was Boog.

I'm still called Boog by my mom. However, remember she is the only one who is allowed to call me this. It won't be so cute when someone other then her does. Don't call me this, my name is Alex. I mean it, thank you.

2. If you want to spoil me rotten, buy me a plane ticket to anywhere with good food.

I would love to travel. Although, I rather go somewhere with good, delicious food then somewhere beauitful that doesn't know the taste of chicken from pork.

3. If I had a whole day to go shopping and money to spend, I would go to Ebay, Amazon, Hot Topic, JC Pennies, or any of my favorite band's stores.

4. What is your current obsession?

Well, I'm not a collector. I would say that I like to look up into the night sky for hours. Also, did I say I love food? I'm sure I did.

5. The one thing on my bucket list that I am most eager to do is go to a beautiful open field, maybe full of Poppies or tall blooming sunflowers.

I want to go somwhere where we haven't destoried and run through the field, breathing in the clean calming air. Somewhere to relax where there is no worries at the moment. Somewhere beautiful and calm. I'd probably wear a white dress, that will be lightly colored by the grass stains that will most likely be painted on by the vegetation.

6. In my opinion, the best invention in the history of the world is watches.

Defiantly watches. I would be so lost without knowing the time, because I loose track of time all the time. Also, i usually look over at the clock many, many time during the day.

7. I will always be loyal to others.

If I have to keep a secret, I will. This is because I usually forget the secret so I have nothing to say. However, let me say I won't tell something that doesn't want to be said. I do not gossip, I don't know how, and don't see why it's popular.

8. If I could spend a day with a celebrity I would choose someone from a band I am interested in.

Celebrities. *Sigh,* I'm not really one of those kind of people that care. They're people, wildly known people, but people nonetheless.

9. The most wild and crazy thing I have ever done (that I will admit to publicly) is, uh, I'm going to pass this question.

I'm sure it's know, I'm quite the boring person. Casual and calm.

10. When life hands me lemons, I make a tangy lemon tart. Yummy!

Hi, my name is Lynette Valdes and I have been a member of High Achievers for two years now. I am a sophomore at DeLand High School, currently maintain a 3.2 - 3.5 GPA. I love helping people. High achievers has helped me grow into a young adult. Being involved in a community service club is definately one of the most important things I have done in my life. I enjoy changing peoples lives. But the satisfaction I get out of helping and volunteering, is not when someone says thank you. But only when someone teaches me something I know I can use later in life. High Achievers is definatly a family atmosphere, which only helps me more to want to stay and help!
